4 结语
本研究主要针对基于中国人群的 AIS 药物经济学
评价文献，从研究基本信息、模型基本信息和结果指标3
个方面进行梳理，总结了AIS药物经济学评价模型的使
用现状，并采用 CHEERS 2022 清单对文献质量进行了
评价。建议今后的 AIS 药物经济学评价按照 CHEERS
清单条目进一步完善报告内容，从全社会角度出发，对
多种健康状态划分方式进行情境分析，同时采用真实世
界来源的数据，并规范研究结果的不确定性分析过程，
以增加研究结果的真实性与可靠性。
