摘 要 目的 系统研究三子散醇提物的化学组成,为阐明该方的药效物质基础提供参考。方法 采用高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电
场轨道阱高分辨质谱(HPLC-Q-Exactive-MS)技术进行分析。色谱条件:采用Shim-pack GIST-HP C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶
液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为40 ℃,进样量为10 μL。质谱条件:采用电喷雾离子源,在正、负离子检测模式

下检测。检测方式为Full MS/dd-MS ,Full MS分辨率为70 000,dd-MS 分辨率为17 500,扫描范围为m/z 110~1 200。通过与对照
品、参考文献和自建数据库信息比对后对各离子峰进行鉴定。结果 在蒙药三子散醇提物中共鉴定出化合物64个,包括9个黄酮
类成分、13个环烯醚萜类成分、14个有机酸类成分、18个鞣质类成分、3个三萜类成分、3个氨基酸类成分和4个脂肪酸类成分。结
论 本研究发现蒙药三子散醇提物中主要含环烯醚萜类、鞣质类和黄酮类成分等,可能是三子散发挥药效的物质基础。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To systematically study the chemical components of ethanol extract from Sanzi san,and to provide
reference for clarifying the pharmacodynamic material basis of the formulation. METHODS HPLC-Q-Exactive-MS technology was
adopted. The determination was performed on Shim-pack GIST-HP C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%
formic acid aqueous solution for gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃,and sample size
was 10 μL. Mass spectrometry conditions included the electrospray spray ion source was used for detection in positive and negative

ion detection modes. Full MS/dd-MS detection mode was adopted,the resolution of Full MS was 70 000 and the resolution of
dd-MS was 17 500. The scanning range was m/z 110-1 200. The ion peaks were identified by comparing with the information of

control substances,literature references and self-built database. RESULTS A total of 64 components were identified in the ethanol
extract of Mongolian medicine Sanzi san, including 9
