基于文献的我国临床药师与医师协作影响因素探究

摘 要 目的 探究临床药师与医师协作影响因素，为我国临床药师与医师的协作水平提升提供针对性参考。方法 收集中英文
数据库已发表的有关各国药师与医师参与药物治疗协作的影响因素的文献，总结协作影响因素划分方式，参考协作工作关系模型
对影响因素及其影响机制进行汇总，并探究现有影响因素在我国医疗卫生体系下的完整性和适用性。结果与结论 研究最终纳入
文献27篇，均为英文文献。各研究对影响因素的划分方式各有不同，主要的分类方式有3类：基于不同协作主体视角、基于协作进
展阶段/内外部因素、基于现有协作概念模型及测量工具结构。汇总现有文献可得基于参与者特征、环境特征、交互特征3个维度
的我国临床药师与医师协作影响因素及具体内涵。此外，具有我国特色的人事状况、社会宣传等因素也可纳入考虑。

Exploration of influential factors for collaboration between clinical pharmacists and physicians in China
based on literature review

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To explore the influential factors for the collaboration between clinical pharmacists and physicians，
and provide reference for improving the collaboration between clinical pharmacists and physicians in China. METHODS The
published literature about influential factors for the collaboration between pharmacists and physicians from various countries was
collected from Chinese and English databases； the division methods of influential factors for the collaboration were summarized；
then the influential factors and possible mechanisms were summarized referring to the collaborative working relationship model， and
the integrity and applicability of existing influential factors in Chinese health system were discussed. RESULTS &
CONCLUSIONS Finally， a total of 27 pieces of literature were included and all in English. Different studies had different ways of
classifying the influential factors. There were three main classifications： the perspective of the collaboration subject， the progress
stage of collaboration/external and internal factors， existing collaboration conceptual model and measurement tool structure. By
summarizing the existing literature， it can be obtained that there are influential factors and specific connotation for the collaboration
between clinical pharmacists and physicians in China based on three dimensions of the characteristics of individual， context and
exchange. In addition， the personnel situation and social publicity with Chinese characteristics can also be taken into consideration.
