彝药菊三七的质量标准及不同产地药材的质量评价                                                         Δ

          摘  要  目的  完善并提高彝药菊三七的质量标准,并评价其质量。方法  以不同产地的15批菊三七药材为样品,根据2020年版
         《中国药典》(四部)方法测定其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及水溶性浸出物含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定其总生物碱(以千里光
          碱计)含量,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其千里光碱和千里光菲灵碱含量。以上述7个指标为评价指标,通过聚类热图分析
          法、主成分分析(PCA)法及熵权逼近理想排序(TOPSIS)法对药材质量进行综合评价。结果 15 批菊三七的水分含量为 8.88%~
          12.60%,总灰分含量为4.43%~11.02%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.56%~3.45%,水溶性浸出物含量为21.71%~53.91%,总生物碱(以
          千里光碱计)含量为0.15%~0.39%,千里光碱、千里光菲灵碱的含量分别为0.01%~0.05%、0.01%~0.06%。根据各指标结果,初
          步拟定菊三七样品中水分不得过 13.00%,总灰分不得过 11.50%,酸不溶性灰分不得过 3.70%,水溶性浸出物含量不得少于
          20.70%,总生物碱含量(以千里光碱计)不得少于0.15%,千里光碱、千里光菲灵碱含量均不得少于0.01%。聚类热图分析结果显
          示,15批样品可分为4类;PCA法和TOPSIS法分析结果显示,品质排名靠前的样品为jsq-2、jsq-5、jsq-6、jsq-10,品质排名靠后的样
          品为jsq-4、jsq-13、jsq-14。结论  本研究建立了菊三七中总生物碱(以千里光碱计)、千里光碱、千里光菲灵碱的定量分析方法,并
          初步拟定了各指标的限度;在15批样品中,以产自凉山彝族自治州甘洛县林杂村、凉山彝族自治州普格县螺髻山镇马厂坪村等地
          的样品质量相对较好。

          ABSTRACT   OBJECTIVE  To  improve  the  quality  standard  of  Yi  medicine  Gynura  japonica,  and  to  evaluate  its  quality.
          METHODS  Using  15  batches  of  G.  japonica  from  different  producing  areas  as  samples,  the  contents  of  water,  total  ash,  acid-
          insoluble ash and water-soluble extract were determined according to the method stated in part Ⅳ of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020
          edition).  The  contents  of  total  alkaloid (calculated  by  senecionine)  was  determined  by  UV  spectrophotometry.  The  contents  of
          senecionine and seneciphylline were determined by HPLC. Using above 7 indexes as evaluation indexes, cluster heat map analysis,
