岩藻黄素的药理作用及药物设计研究进展

          摘   要  岩藻黄素是一种广泛存在于藻类、海洋浮游生物和水生贝壳等动植物中的类胡萝卜素,在医药领域具有巨大的开发潜
          力。本文综述了岩藻黄素在抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗肥胖方面的药理作用及其在药物设计方面的研究进展,发现其可通过激活
          AMP活化的蛋白质激酶等相关信号通路、调控炎症因子表达、改善菌群稳态等发挥抗炎、抗氧化作用,从而改善代谢相关脂肪性
          肝病、结肠炎等;可通过多靶点协同作用发挥选择性抗肿瘤效应;可通过调控肠道菌群等发挥抗肥胖作用;其特征性官能团(如羟
          基、环氧基团等)具有靶点选择性与可逆抑制活性,可作为优化模板指导新型药物设计开发,为突破传统药物设计局限提供了新
          思路。

          Pharmacological effects and drug design research progress of fucoxanthin

          ABSTRACT    Fucoxanthin  is  a  pigment  found  in  plants  and  animals  such  as  algae,  marine  plankton  and  aquatic  shellfish,  and
          holds  significant  potential  for  development  in  the  pharmaceutical  field.  This  review  introduces  the  anti-inflammatory,  antioxidant,
          anticancer,  anti-obesity,  and  other  pharmacological  effects  of  fucoxanthin,  as  well  as  recent  advances  in  drug  design  research.  It
          was  found  that  fucoxanthin  can  exert  anti-inflammatory  and  antioxidant  effects  through  mechanisms  such  as  activating  AMP-
          activated  protein  kinase  related  signaling  pathways,  regulating  the  expression  of  inflammatory  factors,  altering  microbial  stability,
          thereby  improving  conditions  such  as  metabolic  associated  fatty  liver  disease  and  colitis.  It  can  exert  selective  antitumor  effects
          through  multi-target  synergistic  actions;  and  it  was  also  found  that  it  can  exert  anti-obesity  effects  by  regulating  the  intestinal
          microbiota.  Its  characteristic  functional  groups (such  as  hydroxyl  and  epoxy  groups)  possess  target  specificity  and  reversible
          inhibitory properties, making it a suitable template for guiding the design and development of novel drugs, thereby providing new
          insights for breaking through the limitations of traditional drug design.
