中药复方及有效成分对精神分裂症的改善机制研究进展

摘 要 精神分裂症存在感知、思维、情感、行为等多方面障碍，属于中医“癫狂病”范畴，一旦发病往往由多因素交织，单一疗法难
以起效。目前，中药复方及有效成分治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效显著，是精神分裂症新药研发的重要方向。本文总结中药复方及
有效成分改善精神分裂症的作用机制后发现，温胆汤、愈癫汤可通过激活脑源性神经营养因子/酪氨酸激酶受体B/cAMP反应元件
结合蛋白（BDNF/TrKB/CREB）信号通路，抑制海马细胞凋亡；漆黄素、淫羊藿苷可通过激活N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体/细胞外信号
调控的激酶（NMDA/ERK）信号通路，促进神经发育再生；温胆汤、淫羊藿苷可通过激活磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B（PI3K/AKT）
信号通路，维持神经细胞稳态；补肾壮阳胶囊可通过激活钙/钙调蛋白依赖激酶Ⅱ（CaMKⅡ）信号通路，增强学习记忆能力；化痰活
血通滞方等可通过抑制蛋白激酶C（PKC）信号通路，增强细胞间信息传递；α-葎草烯等可通过抑制神经调节蛋白1/Erb-b2受体酪
氨酸激酶4（NRG1/ErbB4）信号通路，恢复神经细胞功能。中药复方及有效成分可通过干预上述信号通路发挥改善精神分裂症的
作用。

Research progress on the improvement mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and active
ingredients in schizophrenia

ABSTRACT Schizophrenia has various obstacles in cognition， thinking， emotion， behavior and other aspects； it belongs to the
category of “madness” in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Once schizophrenia occurs， multiple factors are often intertwined，
and a single therapy is difficult to be effective. At present， TCM compounds and active ingredients have significant effects in the
clinical treatment of schizophrenia， which is an important direction for the development of new drugs for schizophrenia. This article
summarizes the molecular mechanism of TCM compounds and active ingredients in the treatment of schizophrenia. It is found that
Wendan decoction and Yudian decoction can inhibit the apoptosis of hippocampal cells by activating BDNF/TrKB/CREB signaling
pathway； quercetin and icariin can promote neural development and regeneration by activating NMDA/ERK signaling pathway；
Wendan decoction and icariin can maintain neural cell homeostasis by activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway； Bushen zhuangyang
capsule can enhance learning and memory abilities by activating CaMK Ⅱ signaling pathway； formulas such as Huatan huoxue
tongzhi formula can enhance intercellular information transmission by inhibiting PKC signaling pathway； α-humulene and others
can restore nerve cell function by inhibiting NRG1/ErbB4 signaling pathway. TCM compounds and active ingredients can improve
schizophrenia by intervening in the above-mentioned signaling pathways.
