          摘   要 目的 研究益气活血中药组分(人参总皂苷、银杏总酮酯、西红花总苷)对慢性脑缺血(CCI)模型小鼠认知功能的影响及
          相关机制。方法 采用温控电流刺激C57BL/6J小鼠双侧颈总动脉制备CCI模型,随机将模型小鼠分为模型组、阿司匹林组(阳性
          对照,10 mg/kg)和中药组(益气活血中药组分,33 mg/kg),另设假手术组,每组16只。除模型组和假手术组小鼠灌胃水外,其余各
          组小鼠灌胃相应药液,每天1次,连续8周。检测各组小鼠跳台潜伏期、跳台错误次数,观察大脑皮层和海马组织中神经血管单元
         (NVU)超微形态结构,并检测脑组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7 nAChRs)蛋白及mRNA的表达水
          平和VEGF、血管生成素1(Ang1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的含量。结果 与模型组比较,中药组小鼠跳台潜伏期显著延
          长(P<0.05),跳台错误次数显著减少(P<0.05);大脑皮层和海马组织中 NVU 超微形态结构异常明显改善,脑组织中
          VEGF、α7 nAChRs蛋白及mRNA的表达水平以及VEGF、Ang1、bFGF的含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 益气活血中药组分能
          够改善CCI所致小鼠的认知功能障碍,其机制可能与保护脑内NVU,恢复受损NVU的超微形态结构,调控脑内与NVU及记忆功
          能密切相关蛋白的表达有关。

          ABSTRACT    OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)(total
          ginsenoside,total ketone ester of Ginkgo biloba,total glucoside of Crocus sativus) for invigorating qi and activating blood
          circulation on cognitive function of mice with chronic cerebral ischemia(CCI)and its related mechanisms. METHODS CCI model
          was established by stimulating bilateral common carotid arteries of C57BL/6J mice with temperature controlled current. Model mice
          were randomly divided into model group,aspirin group(positive control 10 mg/kg)and TCM group(the components of TCM for
          invigorating qi and activating blood circulation 33 mg/kg),sham operation group was set up additionally,with 16 mice in each
          group. Except that the mice in model group and sham operation group were given water intragastrically,the mice in the other
