参芪调肾方的化学成分分析

          摘   要  目的  分析参芪调肾方(SQTS)的化学成分。方法  基于超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱技术,以
          ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18为色谱柱,0.1%甲酸溶液-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温为40 ℃,进
          样量为5 μL;采用电喷雾电离源进行正、负离子扫描,扫描范围为m/z 100~1 500。结合TCMSP、PubChem等数据库,建立SQTS
          活性成分数据库并结合相关文献进行成分鉴定。结果与结论  从SQTS中共鉴定出131个化学成分,涉及萜类23个、黄酮类22个、
          苯丙素类21个、生物碱类12个、酚类11个、氨基酸衍生物9个、脂肪酰类4个、有机酸3个等,包括芦丁、川陈皮素、辛弗林、肉桂酸、
          人参皂苷Rg1等成分;主要成分的裂解过程涉及糖苷键断裂、脱水等。

          ABSTRACT      OBJECTIVE  To  analyze  chemical  components  of  Shenqi  tiaoshen  formula (SQTS).  METHODS  UPLC-QE-MS
          method was adopted. The determination was performed on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1%
          formic  acid  solution-0.1%  formic  acid  acetonitrile  solution (gradient  elution)  at  the  flow  rate  of  0.4  mL/min.  The  column
          temperature  was  set  at  40  ℃,  and  the  sample  size  was  5  μL.  The  electrospray  ionization  source  was  used  to  scan  positive  and
          negative  ions,  and  the  scanning  range  was  m/z  100-1  500.  Combined  with  TCMSP,  PubChem  and  other  databases,  SQTS  active
          component  database  was  established  and  the  components  were  identified  in  combination  with  relevant  literature.  RESULTS  &
          CONCLUSIONS  Totally  131  chemical  components  were  identified  from  SQTS,  including  23  terpenoids,  22  flavonoids,  21
          phenylpropanoids,  12  alkaloids,  11  phenols,  9  amino  acid  derivatives,  4  fatty  acyls,  3  organic  acids  and  others,  such  as  rutin,
          citrinin, synephrine, cinnamic acid and ginsenoside Rg1,etc. The cracking process of the main components involved the breaking of
          glycosidic bonds, dehydration, etc.
