摘 要 目的 为四川省各级、各类医疗机构遴选与优化抗菌药物目录提供科学、规范、可操作的指导性意见，以促进抗菌药物的
合理使用、保障患者用药安全、遏制细菌耐药性发展。方法 参考抗菌药物相关权威指南、著作书籍、专家共识、政策文件、说明书
等资料，对《四川省抗菌药物临床应用分级管理目录（2025年版）》（后文简称《目录》）中抗菌药物在不同级别、类别医疗机构的配
备进行推荐。学术秘书组负责整合资料；执笔组负责起草《四川省医疗机构抗菌药物目录遴选专家共识》（后文简称《共识》）初稿；
专家组负责对《共识》进行审阅，并提出修改、完善意见。《共识》编写组先后经 3 轮研讨会及 1 轮实名问卷调查，形成《共识》。
结果与结论 《共识》对《目录》中抗菌药物在各级、各类医疗机构提出了包括“优先配备”“可选配备”的286条配备推荐意见，达成
了超过95%的同意率。《共识》的制定过程科学、严谨、透明，所形成的推荐意见高度一致，且契合四川省医疗机构实际情况，具有较
强的实用性和指导价值，可为全省医疗机构抗菌药物目录的遴选与优化提供有力参考。

Expert consensus on the selection of antimicrobial formulary list in medical institutions of Sichuan Province

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To provide scientific， standardized and actionable guidance for medical institutions at all levels and
types in Sichuan Province in selecting and optimizing their antimicrobial drug lists， thereby promoting rational antimicrobial use，
ensuring patient medication safety， and curbing the development of bacterial resistance. METHODS Recommendations for the
allocation of antimicrobial agents in various levels and types of healthcare settings from the 2025 edition of Sichuan Province
Antimicrobial Agent Clinical Application Graded Management Catalog （hereafter referred to as the Catalog） were developed based
on authoritative guidelines， academic books， expert consensus documents， policy documents， and drug package inserts. An
academic secretariat was responsible for consolidating the materials， and a writing panel drafted the initial version of the Expert
Consensus on the Selection of Antimicrobial Agent List in Medical Institutions of Sichuan Province （hereafter referred to as the
Consensus）. The panel of experts is responsible for reviewing the Consensus and providing suggestions for revisions and
improvements. The drafting group of the Consensus developed the document through three rounds of seminars and one round of a
real-name questionnaire survey. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS The Consensus provided 286 configuration recommendations
（categorized as “priority selection” or “optional selection”） listed in the Catalog， tailored for different levels and types of
healthcare institutions. A consent rate of over 95% was achieved. The development process of the Consensus is scientific， rigorous
and transparent. The resulting recommendations are highly consistent and well-aligned with the actual situation of medical
institutions in Sichuan Province， demonstrating strong practicality and guiding value. This Consensus can serve as a robust reference
for the selection and optimization of antimicrobial agents across the province.
